Servite bella calda.

Pasta with tufts of short-finned squid

I've finally made it! This blog has been hard labour it had been very hard to find a name for this blog. It took a year. The name came by chance, thanks to my German friend, and thanks to my friend proofreader, my recipes will certainly be more “readable” so to say. Otherwise, with my dyslexia, you would probably understand nothing XD Thanks to both of you!
The story is actually more complicated, but, after years of encouragement, in the end I told myself that I could give it a try.
I chose to start with an easy and quick recipe with ingredients that are easy to find

This is really an easy recipe:

for 4 people:

200 gr pasta
250-300 gr tufts of short-finned squid
1/2 onion
1 can of  tomatoes in pieces

Put a little oil in a pan and fry the onion which you have previously sliced. Turn off the heat and put aside (this process can be avoided if you don't fry the onion and simply add it raw to the ohter ingredients).
Put all the ingredients in another pan and cover with a lid. Leave to marinate for at least one hour.
After one hour, cook the pasta until "al dente" and, at the same time, cook the sauce. Drain the pasta and add ito the sauce, then let it thicken. Serve nice and warm.
